This Writ Petition has been filed directing the first and second respondents to provide the electricity connection in R.S. No. 22/2A at No.1, situated at Sellur Revenue Village, Thirunallar, Karaikal District in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2024.

2. On a perusal of records, it is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent with respect to the said property.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and pass orders on the said representation dated 26.04.2024 after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt 2/4

of a copy of this order.
