This petition has been filed to relax the condition dated 16.06.2023 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8063 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11284 of 2023 as petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer twice in a week i.e. on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.
