The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the orders of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.32583 of 2017 dated 19.12.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 19.12.2019 in W.P.No.32583 of 2017 has been complied with and in this regard, the Additional Chief Secretary / Commissioner of Revenue Administration passed an order in proceedings dated 09.11.2022. Thus, no further adjudication is required.
