daily at 10.30 a.m., for 30 days imposed in Para.No.V in Crl.MP.No.18261 of 2024 order dated 26.03.2024 on the file of the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore and permit the petitioner to appear before the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Prayer in Crl.OP.No.16960 of 2024: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the condition that the petitioner shall appear before B1, North Police Station daily for 20 days imposed in Para No.4(1) in Crl.MP.No.2039 of 2024 dated 23.02.2014 on the file of the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town and permit the petitioner shall appear before the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in Cr.No.355 of 2023 on the file of D1 North Beach Police Station, bail was granted on 2/5

23.02.2024 on condition that the petitioner should appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of 20 days. Stating that on completion of investigation, final report filed and taken cognizance in C.C.No.132 of 2024 seeks modification of the bail condition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further states that in Cr.No.175 of 2023 on the file of V-6, Kolathur Police Station, Chennai bail was granted on 26.03.2024 on condition that the petitioner should appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days. Stating that on completion of investigation, final report filed and taken cognizance. Hence seeks modification of the bail condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has not complied with the condition as imposed by the trial Court while granting bail.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the view that the question of modification does not arise as the petitioner has not complied with the condition. Hence, both these Criminal Original petitions are dismissed. Vv 19.07.2024 3/5
