When the matter was listed for hearing on 06.01.2016 there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 20.01.2016. When the matter was listed on 10.02.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed today (i.e.) 17.02.2016 under the caption "for dismissal". Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for nonprosecution. 2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
