This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Ambattur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.296 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, petitioners are senior citizens and the case is pending for framing issues. The respondent filed the suit for the relief of permanent injunction. The petitioners are senior citizens. The scope of the suit is very limited and the cases related to the senior citizens should be given priority for disposal. Therefore, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Ambattur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.296 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
