PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, pleased to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order for willfully and wantonly disobeyed in W.P.15281 of 2024 dated 13.06.2024 as per the Contempt of Court Act.

ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that order has since been complied with and produced the order dated 15.10.2025. The learned counsel for the Contempt Petitioner would only raise a grievance that lower post was granted to the petitioner, even though the petitioner has prayed for the post of Technical Assistant.

2.Be that as it may. The direction of this Court as contained in the order passed in the Writ Petition has since been complied with. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
