This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8303 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11905 of 2022 on 26.06.2022, to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
