O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed on the ground that the order passed in the writ petition has not been complied with.

2. The order was passed in the writ petition based on the earlier order passed in W.P.No.14122 of 2024 etc. This order passed in a batch of writ petitions was further confirmed by a Division Bench in W.A.No.829 of 2025. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the order passed in that batch of writ petitions which was confirmed in the writ appeal, has now been stayed by 2/4

the Apex Court by order dated 23.05.2025. The interim order passed by the Apex Court was also placed before this Court.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. Depending on the final orders to be passed by the Apex Court, it will be left open to the petitioners to revive their claim.
