The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 558 days in filing the Review Application against the order dated 28.11.2019 made in W.P.No.33252 of 2019.

2. Though the petitioner herein / the respondent in the main Writ petition has filed this petition to condone the delay, however, on a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous petition, it is evident that the petitioner has received the order copy on 03.03.2020 itself. While so, stating that the present delay was caused only because of the time taken to get legal opinion from the higher officials is not sustainable.

3. In view of the above backdrop, the present Condone delay petition is dismissed.
