This petition has been filed to relax the condition of the petitioners shall stay at Nagercoil and report the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. However it is made clear that the petitioners shall not enter into the Jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders imposed upon by this Court by an order made in Crl.O.P.No.12732 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
