ORDER

The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 118(2), 351 of BNS and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions submitted that a petition enquiry is pending and an FIR has not been registered.

3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioner's appearance https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
