O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the disputes between the parties to the lis are settled and a memorandum of settlement was entered into between the parties under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 on 13th February 2018.

In this view of the matter, no further adjudication is required on the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
