[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.] Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order of this Court dated 17.07.2023, is complied with. He further submitted that on production of the detenue before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Annur, the detenue has gone along with her father, who is the petitioner herein.

2. In view of the above submission, compliance of the order made in HCP No.1265 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023 is hereby recorded.
