In the order of the Writ Court on 23.07.2021, the District Educational Officer, Erode, was called upon to consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.1395 of 2021 representation within a time limit. In accordance with the order, the second respondent now seems to have expressed his inability through his order dated 09.08.2021 by shifting burden on the Management to settle the subsistence allowance dues. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against such an order, it is always open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law. As such, the disobedience alleged in the present Contempt Petition cannot be termed as neither willful or non compliance. In view of the subsequent orders passed by the second respondent on 09.08.2021, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
