This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.03.2018 investigate the same and proceed with the same as per law within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Though the second respondent received the complaint and given a CSR No.32 of 2018, he has not taken any action. The respondents will have to enquire the complaint and either register the complaint or close the same upon completion of enquiry. Without doing so, they cannot keep the complaint pending forever.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to enquire the CSR and act in accordance with law.
