This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6878 of 2023 dated 27.03.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
