By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to issue subdivisional patta in the name of the petitioner for the land in Survey No.116/5A, measuring an extent of 3117 1/2 sq.ft., situated at Alapuram Village, Pappireddipatty Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2024. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 & 2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application before the first respondent to survey and issue sub-divisional patta for his property in Survey No.116/5A, situated at Alapuram Village, Pappireddipatty Taluk, Dharmapuri District and also paid necessary charges for the same. However, the same has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 5.
Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits for issuance of sub-divisional patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
