W.M.P.No.20509 of 2024 in W.P.No.16754 of 2024 P.T.ASHA.J, O.A.No.4 of 2013 was fled by the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, seeking attachment of the properties belonging to various persons including the petitioner herein whose properties were described as Item Nos. 20 to 23. By an order dated 29.10.2020, the learned Special Judge, TNPID, had confirmed the attachment order only with reference to item Nos.1,3,9 to 12,17 to 19 and dismissed the O.A against the other persons. O.A itself was to make the interim order of attachment made in G.O.Ms.No.585 of 2009, Home Police (XIX) Department dated 27.07.2009, absolute.

2. The Competent authority and the Inspector of Police had challenged the order passed in O.A.No.19 of 2010 in C.M.A.832 of 2020. By order dated 23.02.2021, this Court had confirmed the order of attachment passed in G.O.Ms.No.585 of 2009, in respect of the other 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

P.T.ASHA.J srn properties attached under the said G.O though the petitioner was not a party to the proceedings and the competent authority had not challenged the order passed in O.A.No.4 of 2013 in respect of the petitioner's property.

3. The petitioner has to therefore obtain necessary instructions to modify the order passed in C.M.A.No.832 of 2020, dated 23.02.2021. Post the matter on 20.02.2025.
