This petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order dated 06.12.2018 and restore C.M.P.No.21770 of 2018 in C.M.A.SR.No.8733 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. The first respondent remained ex-parte before the Tribunal.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and time is

extended for a period of two weeks for complying with the conditions imposed in C.M.P.No.21770 of 2018 in C.M.A.SR.No.8733 of 2018 on the petitioner vide order dated 06.12.2018 by this Court, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
