This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.295 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 506(i) of IPC.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.295 of 2019 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.1543 of 2020 before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
