This application has been filed to extend the time period by 12 months for completion of Arbitral Proceedings before the Hon'ble Arbitrator from 16.06.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of 10 months. Thus, the learned Arbitrator is directed to complete the Arbitration proceedings within a period of 10 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
