ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 20.01.2024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

4. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the subject property at Aranai Village, Perambalur District belongs to the petitioner, however, patta has been changed in favour of third party. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 28.04.2022, which was not considered and the petitioner approached this Court in W.P.No.20130 of 2020. This Court by order dated 05.08.2022 directed to consider the representation and the representation was dismissed vide Order dated 28.04.2022. Hence, the petitioner had made an appeal on 20.01.2024, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition. 2/4

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the appeal of the dated 20.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
