[R4 to R6 are impleaded as per the order of this Court dated 16.12.2013 in M.P.2/2013 in W.P.No.33690/2013] PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records on the file of third respondent in Z.O.5/R.D.C.No.R1/4907/2013, dated 09.12.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents to restore the eating house license standing in the name of the petitioner's mother Aminuthatakath Bepathu.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records on the file of third respondent in Z.O.5/R.D.C.No.R1/4907/2013, dated 09.12.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents to restore the eating house license standing in the name of the petitioner's mother Aminuthatakath Bepathu.

2. The learned standing counsel for the Corporation of Chennai / respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner has carried out the defects pointed by the respondents through notice dated 09.12.2013, issued under Section 279 of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act and he further submitted that the respondents will not take any further action against the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned standing counsel for the Corporation of Chennai / respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
