PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to register the FIR against the respondents 3 to 6 herein namely S.Kamaraj, K. Emilla Garnier, Sivakumar and A. Senthil @ Ramesh based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to register the First Information Report on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.04.2021.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that since the respondents 3 to 6 trespassed into the petitioner's property and threatening the petitioner and his family members, the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 26.04.2021. But, no action taken so far. Hence, the petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 16.07.2021.

4. Considering the fact that since already enquiry has been conducted and the complaint of the petitioner was closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition . Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
