ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 05.10.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Again it was ordered to be listed

on 19.10.2016. Even on that date also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it was order to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court presumes that the revision petitioner does not have any interest in getting on with the revision petition. Under this circumstances, there is no other go for this Court expecting to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution.
