The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 1000 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, the delay is condoned. The appellant is not entitled to any interest for the said period, i.e., 1000 days.
