This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in the order in Crl.OP.No.10442 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026.

2.Heard the learned counsels on both sides. Considering the allegations against the petitioner, this Court is of the firm view that it is premature to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner. Hence, this Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to renew this application after a period of two weeks.
