O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 12.06.2009, passed against the petitioner herein.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of suspension has been revoked by the respondent on 16.10.2019 and the petitioner has been reinstated into service on 23.10.2019 and hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
