PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a writ of mandamus to consider petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2022 and subsequently direct the 1st respondent to appoint a Special Officer to conduct the election to the petitioner's association (BBCL Vajra Flat Owners Association at Nolambur).

O R D E R

The petitioner has preferred a representation to the first respondent to appoint a Special Officer to conduct election for the fourth respondent Flat Owners Association.

2.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the form of typed set of papers.

3.Even though this petition is filed on 24.10.2022 and it is not adequately clear whether the first respondent has taken any decision on the same, therefore, the

petitioner is now directed to approach the first respondent with a fresh representation, if there is still a cause for filing the same to the first respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, where the District Registrar is required to act on the same and take a decision within the next twelve weeks.
