ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur Sessions Division, Ariyalur vide order dated 20.04.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.645 of 2026 in Crime No.46 of 2026 regarding the petitioner's appearance before the respondent Police. 2/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition since 25.04.2026 till date.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed regarding the petitioner's appearance before the respondent Police in Crl.M.P.No.645 of 2026 dated 20.04.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police on every Saturday, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered 08-06-2026 vum Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order To 1.The Inspector of Police Thirumanur Police Station, Ariyalur District.
