ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has filed suit in O.S.No.363 of 2022, before the Additional District and Sessions Court, Poonamallee for the similar relief, prayed in this writ petition.

2. Since, there was no representation for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue the suit filed before the aforesaid Court. No costs. 13-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order VM
