ORDER

When the matter was called earlier, this Court, by order dated 14.11.2025, granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Thereafter, the matter was listed before this Court on subsequent dates and the interim order was extended from time to time.

2. When the matter was taken up subsequently, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in the above case has been completed and the final report has been filed, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.13 of 2025. It was further submitted that summons were issued to the petitioner and, upon receipt of the same, the petitioner appeared before the jurisdictional Court.

3. Considering the pendency of the interim order granting anticipatory bail, and in view of the fact that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed, pursuant to which summons have been issued and the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court, there is no subsisting apprehension of arrest at this stage.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 14.11.2025 stands cancelled.
