Heard Mrs.R.Hemalatha, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kanmani Annamalai, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. 2.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, seeking for a direction upon the respondent to pass orders on the representation, dated 20.06.2010.

By efflux of time, this Court opines that it would better for the petitioner to submit a fresh representation, in the light of the recent pronouncement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court on the legal issue raised in this Writ Petition. Thus, if such a representation is submitted along with copy of this order, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date, on which, such representation is filed.
