O R D E R

During the course of hearing of this case, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the sole petitioner died on 10.05.2021 and the learned counsel for the petitioner has sent a notice to one of the legal heir on 28.11.2024 instructing them to file a petition to implead themselves in the writ petition to contest the case further. But there was no response from them. A memo was filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner by attaching the letter addressed to the legal heirs of the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, the learned counsel submits that this writ petition can be closed as abated, as no further instructions from the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the memo filed on 10.12.2024 vide SR.No.40533 of 2024, this Writ Petition is closed as abated.

4. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
