Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 3rd Respondents to conduct the Arrear examinations through online mode or physical mode for the final year law students of the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University and its affiliated colleges as per the Press Release dated 01.11.2020 of the Bar Council of India and conduct the said exams within time frame fixed by this Court.
