2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that only Amar Prakaash Property Management Services Private Limited is an accused in this case. It is represented by a Senior Manager of Legal Department, namely, M.Ramesh. He is not an accused in this case.

3. Paragraph Nos.3, 4 and 5 of the order dated 12.07.2019, shall be replaced as follows:

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the petitioner, namely Amar Prakaash Property Management Services Private Limited is arrayed as accused in Crime No.840 of 2019 and it is represented by a Senior Manager of Legal Department, namely, M.Ramesh. He is not an accused in this case. The investigation is pending before the respondent police.

4. Under such circumstances, as and when the police wants to conduct an enquiry by calling Mr.Ramesh, a summon shall be issued and he shall be called for enquiry. He shall not be harassed in the name of enquiry.
