The case of the Petitioner is that the petitioner was working as Junior Assistant in Annamalai University, Chidambaram since 2004. It is submitted that his aged parents are residing at Chennai. Now, his father was affected by paralysis and Epilepsy and his mother was highly diabetic and hence are unable to their daily activities without help of others. Therefore, the Petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the Respondents to dispose of his representation to transfer to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Egmore Study Centre of the Annamalai University. The Petitioner has sent a representation dated 30.06.2021 and the same has not evoked any response till date.

2. The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the Respondents will consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 30.06.2021 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the Respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondents to consider and dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, there is a vacancy, the Respondents may consider the request of the Petitioner favorably.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
