ORDER

The petitioner was working as a Forester since 1983. He was thereafter removed from service on account of mental infirmity. It is the case of the petitioner that after serving about 17 years the petitioner has been denied the rightful service benefits.

2.It is further submitted that the petitioner is also entitled for protection under the Provisions of the Mental Act, 2016. The petitioner has now sent a representation dated 22.10.2018 and 29.03.2021 with a request to reconsider the decision considering the predicament of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that the representation will be considered on merits and dispose the same in accordance with law.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondents to dispose the mercy representations of the petitioner dated 22.10.2018 and 29.03.2021and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
