Respondents PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the second respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter in law Kavipriya, wife of late Saravanan, aged about 25 years and the petitioner's grand daughter child Poorvika, daughter of late Saravanan aged about two years before this Court and set them at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The father-in-law of the detenue has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition. The detenue got married with the son of the petitioner and from and out of their wedlock, one female child born. Unfortunately, the son of the petitioner died. Thereafter, the daughter-in-law/detenue joined with the third respondent and was living separately. This being a dispute, which cannot be resolved through the Habeas Corpus Petition. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenue is not under illegal detention. Thus, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
