ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police to file Final Report in the above Crime No.41 of 2026 dated 13-02-2026 pending investigation on the file of the Respondent Police. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though based on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.41 of 2026 for offence under Section 420 IPC, final report, in this case, is yet to be filed.

3.The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case, investigation almost completed and final report would be filed within a period of three months. 4.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
