JUDGMENT

Counsel for the appellants present and informs that the first respondent had died and as there are no legal representatives, prays the second appeal be dismissed as abated and also made an endorsement to that effect.

In the light of the above position and in as much as no steps have been taken for the deceased first respondent, there is no purpose in keeping the matter further pending and hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition if any is closed.
