A.No.4821 of 2019 in C.S.No.737 of 2014 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J This application has been filed to amend the cause title.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that since the applicant company have filed the suit stating that the Spot Report, represented by its Author cum Reporter, Mr. M.G.Eduyur Bala instead of Mr.P.Umashankar, they have taken up this application to amend the cause title.

3. Mr. P.Umashankar, who appeared in person, for the defendant submits that he is the owner and publisher and he has no objection to replace his name instead of Mr.M.G.Eduyur Bala.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed as prayed for.

5. The applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment on or before 06.09.2019.
