in Crl.O.P.No.14868 of 2022 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., These petitions have been filed to amend the order regarding furnishing sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate and also seeking further time for execution of sureties and for bail bond of the Accused.

2. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that at the time of granting anticipatory bail, it was directed that the Petitioner shall surrender before the Learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (E.O.I) and (E.O.II) Court, Egmore, Chennai, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order in Crl.O.P.No.14868 of 2022 dated 12.07.2022.

3. It is the submission of the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that instead of Learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (E.O.I) and (E.O.II) Court, Egmore, Chennai, the satisfaction Court should have been XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai and due to the above 1/3

mistake, the Petitioner was unable to execute the surety and bail bond before the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (E.O.I) and (E.O.II) Court, Egmore, Chennai. Therefore, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks further extension of time for executing the bail bond and sureties.

In view of the above, this Court amends the bail petition to the effect that bail to the satisfaction of the Learned XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai and also grants further time of 15 days for executing the bail bond and sureties from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, both the petitions are allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order and issue a fresh copy of the order. 11.08.2022 dna 2/3
