ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 and 109 of IPC in Crime No.6 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant has purchased a land situated at Madhavaram, Redhills in the year 1976 and the name of the defacto complainant has been impersonated by some other person and in collusion with other accused, the petitioner has produced forged documents and sold it to third party. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this court already dismissed the co-accused anticipatory bail petition in Crl.OP.No.7940 of 2021 dated 28.04.2021.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the co-accused anticipatory bail was dismissed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 24/09/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
