ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Ban of entry to India endorsement dated 09.05.2015 of the 4th respondent in so far it is against the petitioner and to quash the same. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was banned to enter India by the fourth respondent on 09.05.2015. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed. 2/4

3.However, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the impugned order was revoked and the order was lifted by the respondents. Hence, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition and he prayed for dismissal of this writ petition.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the submissions made by the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
