ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.127 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Ponneri on 03.01.2023 and the same was not taken on file.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
