Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to calculate the 50% of service rendered by the petitioners as Parttime Vocational Instructor drawing consolidated pay along with regular service for arriving net qualifying service for calculation of pension and to grant all monetary and other attendant benefits and 2/6

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the Chief Educational Officer, Udagamandalam, The Nilgiris District vide proceedings dated Na.Ka.No.1998/M1/2021 dated 10.08.2023 has issued separate orders to each of the petitioners considering their 50% of the service for the purpose of calculating the pension.
