This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the bail condition imposed by this Court relating to the appearance of the petitioner before the respondent Police in Crl.O.P.No.11950 of 2026, dated 07.05.2026. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that this is a case of murder and the bail was granted in favour of the petitioner on 07.05.2026. Now, the petitioner seeks to relax the condition regarding his appearance before the respondent Police on medical ground. However, the petitioner has not produced any documents to that effect. Hence, she opposed for relaxing the said condition.
3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
