This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10304 of 2020 on 09.07.2020 to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
